We are a friendly running club based in Felpham, Bognor Regis. We are involved in road running throughout the year and cross country during the summer months. We cater for all abilities from novice to elite. Our 130+ members ages range from 18 to 70+. We are regarded as a social club with a range of events planned throughout the year.
