It was another busy weekend for Bognor Regis Tone Zone Runners. The main race of the weekend was the local Selsey 10k where 22 members lined up for the start. Natalie King, Neil Strudwick and Nina Baldwinson managed personal bests with Nina being the 6th female home.
Paul Coe had a very busy weekend competing in two marathons. On Saturday he ran the Phoenix Spring Marathon in an impressive time of3.41.17 and then on Sunday it was the tough Steyning Stinger Marathon, the conditions were extremely muddy and involve a total of 3200ft of hills but Paul still managed a great time of 4.49.24.
