50 Miles in one weekend!

In another busy weekend of races Tone Zone runners competed in 8 different races. In the Hastings half marathon 1st home of the 5 club attendees was Jess Thomson in 1.48.37 followed soon after by Paul Westwood.

In the New Forest, Paul Coe had a very busy weekend. On Saturday he ran the New Forest 50k Ultra, this tough 31 mile race was completed in 4.44.26. If that wasn't enough, on Sunday morning he put his running shoes on again to run the 20 mile race with his partner Laura. They stuck together for the run and finished in 3.20.23. What a great effort by Paul to race over 50 miles this weekend
