The cost to join as a full member is £59 and includes:

• A full year's membership to Bognor Regis Tone Zone Runners

• UK Athletics membership

• Club vest

• Discounts at races, discount at The Run Company Chichester, Entry to the club's London Marathon ballot (T&Cs apply) and discounted monthly rates at The Arun Leisure Centre

The cost is then £38 to renew each year.

The membership year runs from April - March.

After we receive your completed registration form, the Club's Membership Secretary will be in touch shortly afterwards with a welcome email and payment details to complete the application process.

We only accept payment of your joining fee by BACS.

Please make sure you have a good pair of trainers/running shoes that fit.

Ladies should consider investing in a running/support bra.

Nope not at all. In January we run our beginners course for anyone who is starting out their running journey. We also have more than 10 qualified running coaches covering all abilities.
