Club training schedules

Club sessions on Tuesday's include coach-led speed/interval sessions as well as group runs at a range of pace and distances.

Thursday sessions include coach-led group runs at a range of pace and distances.

Beginners

We welcome beginners in January each year but if you wish to join us during the year and have not run before, please see our Join pages.
