Club training schedules

Club training sessions returned on Tuesday 20 July 2021.

Club sessions on Tuesday's include coach-led speed/interval sessions as well as group runs at a range of pace and distances.

Thursday sessions include coach-led group runs at a range of pace and distances.

Summer off road runs​​

We plan to hold a couple of off road runs before the end of August 2021.
