Arundel 10K & Slindon slog

The blazing sun shone down on the runners over the bank holiday weekend for the Arundel 10k race. This is a challenging course where you do a lap of the town before heading through the castle gates for the 2 1/2 mile climb before turning and returning to the town. The first runner home for Bognor Tone Zone was Sean Power with an excellent 40.56. Next up was Duncan Stephenson-Gill who finished 2nd in his age category with 43.20, he was closely followed by Juliet Stallard with 44.28, 3rd in her age category and an impressive 3 minutes faster than her time from 2016.
